Can I exchange my order?
  It's best if you place a new order. Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order. It usually takes a few days for a return to reach our warehouse. As soon as we receive the return, you will receive an email confirmation and the refund will be made within 15 business days.
How do I cancel an item?
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it. In order to best assist you, we encourage you to email us for immediate assistance. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can assist you through our easy returns process at any time.
I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I make changes?
Once your order has been completed, it will be processed immediately and sent to the warehouse for shipment. To ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible, no further changes can be made at this stage. Please place a new order on the website for additional items. Shipping is free!
Can I change the color/size of the product I just ordered?

Then please place the order with the desired color/size on the website. 
How can I return an item?
  You can return an order (or part of an order) with the return label free of charge. If possible, please place the items in the original box and use the return label. You can drop off the package at a post office or partner shipping center near you. To avoid errors when scanning your return, please only return the items that belong to the order. If you want to return items from multiple orders, please make sure you use the correct return labels for each return.
How is the right of return regulated?
You can return your online order within 30 days of receiving the product. Incomplete returns or used items cannot be accepted.
How do I get the return label?

What can I do when I have not received my refund yet?
  In total, it may take up to 30 business days for a refund to be credited back to your bank account. If you do not see the refund by then, please contact us so that our customer service department can take care of that. For international orders, we are unable to provide refunds for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order.
