DELIVERY
You can always find everything about your order in your account. If the order has already been shipped, you can track your package with a tracking number that you can find in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation email, it may have ended up in your spam folder. If not, we kindly ask you to email us so that our customer service can take care of your request.
When shipping within Germany, your order will be delivered by DHL. When shipping outside Germany, another partner could also carry out the shipping.
The delivery address can be changed through the customer service department after the item has been ordered. Usually, this is only possible on the day of the order, as the items will be shipped as soon as possible. If an item has already been processed for shipping, the address may not be able to be changed. All address corrections are checked and can be rejected after a security check.

Orders within Germany usually arrive within 1-3 business days of shipping, unless otherwise specified. International orders usually arrive within 1-5 business days of shipping. Please note that these orders must pass through customs in your country before they are released for final delivery, which may occasionally result in additional delays. Please also note that weather, holidays, peak shipping times and incorrect billing/shipping information may delay the shipment of your order. Once an order leaves our warehouse, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, we cannot control how quickly an order arrives after it has left our warehouse. The best way to learn more about the location of your package and the expected delivery date is to contact the carrier.
